Project Investment and Payment Schedule
The Strategic Business Website starts from $3,800.
For a standard $3,800 project, payments are divided into three stages:
$1,520 booking payment to secure your agreed start date
$1,140 at homepage approval, before the remaining website is built
$1,140 before launch, once the completed website has been approved
Please enquire before purchasing. Your final scope, total investment, project timing and payment schedule will be confirmed in writing before the booking payment is made.
Additional pages, features or services may change the total investment and payment amounts. Any changes will be agreed upon before the project begins.

Before design begins, we clarify your audience, priority services, page purpose, navigation and customer pathways.
This gives the website a clear job to do and ensures the pages work together rather than feeling like a disconnected collection of information.
Content Structure and Refinement
Using the information you provide, your content is organised into clear, website-ready sections with logical page flow and search-friendly headings.
This may include refining wording, breaking longer information into useful sections and making your services easier for visitors to understand.
Full copywriting, extensive rewriting or creating content from scratch can be quoted separately if required.
Custom Design Direction
The website is designed with a consistent visual direction across the included pages and elements, creating an online presence that feels professional, credible and aligned with your business.
Search-Ready Foundations
Your website is built with clear page structure, logical headings, metadata, internal linking and basic image optimisation.
These foundations help search engines understand the website, but they do not include ongoing SEO, extensive keyword research or guaranteed search rankings.

The website is carefully checked across desktop, tablet and mobile so visitors can comfortably read, navigate and take the next step from different devices.

Basic Google Workspace Setup Where Required
If your project requires a professional business email setup, basic Google Workspace setup may be included.
This covers connecting the domain, establishing the primary mailbox and testing the website contact form.
Additional mailboxes, email migration, aliases, groups, advanced authentication and existing email troubleshooting are quoted separately.
Training and 14-Day Launch Support
A practical handover is included to help you understand and manage the essential parts of your new website.
You will also receive 14 days of launch support for minor launch-related fixes, link and form checks and basic handover questions.
Launch support is not an additional revision period. New pages, sections, content rewrites or work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Additional Pages, Features and Integrations
If your website requires additional pages, ecommerce, product uploads, advanced bookings, memberships, complex integrations, photography, video, lead magnets, email automations or substantial content support, these will be scoped and quoted before work begins.
If the website requires significantly more complexity, a Custom Website may be more appropriate.
Hosting and Website Care
Hosting, software updates, security monitoring, backups and ongoing website support are provided separately through an Emmagraphy Website Care Plan.
If your website is hosted with Emmagraphy, the Website Care Plan begins when the website is transferred or launched.
Hosting and ongoing care are not included free within the website design fee.
Licences and Premium Tools
Selected premium tools covered by existing Emmagraphy licences remain available while the website is on an active Emmagraphy Website Care Plan.
If the website is not covered by an active Care Plan, you may need to purchase separate licences for any premium themes, plugins or tools required to continue receiving updates and premium features.
Any software required outside the existing Emmagraphy licence collection will be discussed before it is purchased or installed.
