Saturday, November 11th: Sessions from 9 am to 4 pm
Saturday, November 25th: Sessions from 9 am to 4 pm

Cancellation Policy - Please Read

**Christmas Family Photoshoot Cancellation Policy:**

Thank you for choosing us for your Christmas family photoshoot. We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise, and you may need to cancel or schedule an appointment. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our business, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. **Cancellation within 24 Hours:**

If you need to cancel your Christmas family photoshoot appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a loss of the $60 deposit. The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you promptly.

2. **Refund Process:**

Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund for the remaining amount within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution’s policies.

3. **Rescheduling Policy:**

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to limited spots and high demand during the holiday season, rescheduling is not possible except in extreme circumstances. You may offer your session to a family or friend, but you will need to arrange an exchange of money between you. We encourage you to plan your schedule carefully to avoid any inconveniences.

4. **Extreme Circumstances:**
In case of extreme circumstances such as a medical emergency or severe weather conditions that prevent you from attending the photoshoot, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess each situation individually and, if appropriate, work with you to find a suitable solution.
