What's included
What a Website Care Plan includes
Every month
Hosting, WordPress updates, scheduled backups, security monitoring and a monthly care update. If something goes wrong, you have someone you can contact.
Every quarter
Your contact form and enquiry paths tested, and small fixes where they’re needed.
Every six months
A full technical check of your website, to make sure everything is running as it should.
When you need it
Simple wording and image changes, help with small problems, and advice about your website and the tools connected to it.
WHAT'S COVERED
What's included, and what's quoted
Included simple changes: swapping in new wording or images you supply, correcting contact details or opening hours, fixing a small content error, or updating an existing link.
Quoted separately: new pages or sections, redesigns, new forms or features, substantial writing, blog or marketing content, and work on platforms outside your website.
Bigger jobs are scoped as a support session before any work starts, so you always know what's included.
Not on a plan?
One-off tech support
If something's broken and you just need it fixed, you don't need a monthly plan. Each support session is scoped before work starts, so you know what's included. If the work grows, you'll get a quote for the extra before anything carries on.

02 Getting everything set up
Your website is reviewed and the necessary access is arranged so updates, backups, security and maintenance can be managed. If you're moving your hosting to Emmagraphy, the migration is taken care of too.
03 Care, every month
Updates, backups and monitoring happen in the background, with a care update in your inbox each month.

What does it cost?

Do you look after websites you didn't build?
Absolutely. Your website doesn't need to have been built by Emmagraphy. Before taking it on, we'll check its current setup, security and overall condition to make sure everything is in good shape.
What if something breaks?
Get in touch and we'll work out what's happened. If it's an issue covered by your Website Care Plan, it'll be taken care of. If it needs additional work, you'll know what's involved before anything goes ahead.
What counts as a simple change?
Small updates such as changing wording, images, contact details, opening hours or links, plus fixing minor technical issues covered by your care plan. Larger changes, new features or additional work are quoted separately.
Will I receive recommendations for my website?
Yes. As part of your ongoing Website Care, your website's technical health is monitored and reviewed. If something needs attention or there's an opportunity to improve it, you'll receive practical recommendations on what to do next.
Do I need a care plan to get help?
No. One-off support sessions are available too, scoped and quoted before any work starts.
