At Emmagraphy, I’m committed to providing high-quality website design services. To ensure a clear understanding between us and our clients, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

  • A 40% deposit is required to secure your project and begin the design process. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers initial consultations, research, and design work.
  • By submitting your deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Refunds After Project Completion

  • Once the website is built and delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued. We work closely with you throughout the design and development process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
  • If you have any concerns or issues during the development process, we encourage you to communicate with us promptly so we can address them.

3. Maintenance Subscription Plans

  • If you have subscribed to ongoing website maintenance services (monthly or annual plans), you may cancel your subscription at any time. No cancellation fees will apply, and your maintenance service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • After cancellation, no further charges will be made, and maintenance services will cease.

    Important Notice:

    • If your website is hosted with Emmagraphy, please be aware that cancelling your maintenance subscription will not affect your hosting immediately. However, you will need to secure hosting services elsewhere before the end of your current billing cycle. Once the maintenance plan is cancelled, Emmagraphy will no longer provide maintenance or support for your website.
    • We recommend planning your hosting transition carefully to avoid any downtime or loss of service.

4. Project Termination

  • If you choose to terminate the project before it is completed, the 40% deposit remains non-refundable, and any work completed beyond the deposit amount will be billed accordingly.
  • If the project is terminated by [Your Company Name], any payments made beyond the 40% deposit for work not yet completed will be refunded.
