The Website Essentials Package is designed for small businesses that need a clear, professional website without jumping into a larger build. It can be used for a new website or a small website rebuild, depending on what the business needs.
It’s a good fit for start-ups, new services, businesses moving beyond DIY, or small business owners who need a simple online presence that explains what they do, builds trust and gives people a clear way to take the next step.
This package includes website setup, strategic structure and up to 3 pages or website elements, giving the business a strong foundation to grow from.

Copy Structure + Content Refinement
Using the information provided, the content is shaped into clear, website-ready sections with search-friendly headings and a logical flow.
This may include refining wording, breaking information into the right sections, improving page flow and making sure the content is easier for visitors to understand.
Custom Design Direction
The website is designed with a clear, professional visual direction, so it feels aligned with the business and gives visitors a strong first impression.
Search-Ready Foundations
The website is built with clear page structure, headings, metadata, basic image optimisation and internal linking foundations to help it start with stronger search foundations.
Mobile-Responsive Design
The website is designed to work smoothly across desktop, tablet and mobile, so visitors can easily read, navigate and take action.
Business-Ready Tools Setup
Includes key launch essentials such as contact form setup, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and basic website tracking setup where required.
Basic Google Workspace Setup Where Required
If the website project requires a professional email setup, basic Google Workspace setup can be included as part of the website foundation.
This includes connecting the domain, setting up the primary mailbox and testing the website contact form.
Additional mailboxes, email migration, aliases, groups, advanced authentication or existing email troubleshooting may be quoted separately.
Training + 14-Day Launch Support
A simple handover is included so the website feels easier to understand and manage after launch.
The package also includes 14 days of launch support after the website goes live. This covers minor launch-related fixes, link checks, form checks and basic handover questions.
Launch support is not an extra revision round or ongoing design support window. New pages, new sections, content rewrites or changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Additional Pages, Features + Premium Elements
If the project needs extra pages, long-form sales pages, ecommerce, product uploads, advanced booking systems, complex integrations, photography, video, blog writing or larger content support, these can be quoted separately before work begins.
Some premium elements may count as more than one website element depending on the level of strategy, setup or integration required.
Hosting + Website Care
Website hosting, maintenance, updates, backups and ongoing support are provided through the Emmagraphy Website Care Plan.
If the website is hosted with Emmagraphy, the Website Care Plan begins from the date the website is transferred or launched.
Hosting is separate from the website design project and is not included as free hosting.
Licences + Premium Tools
Selected premium tools covered by existing Emmagraphy licences are included while the website is on an active Emmagraphy Website Care Plan.
If the website is not on an active Emmagraphy Website Care Plan, the client will need to purchase their own licences for any premium tools, themes or plugins required to keep receiving updates, support or access to premium features.
If the project needs a tool outside the existing Emmagraphy licence stack, this will be discussed before anything is purchased or installed. Additional tools may need to be purchased directly by the client or quoted separately.
