The Website Refresh Service is designed for businesses with an existing website that has good bones, but needs selected pages or pathways improved.
It’s a good fit if the website feels unclear, outdated, messy or disconnected from where the business is now — but doesn’t need to be rebuilt from scratch.
This service refreshes up to 5 pages or website elements, improving the layout, structure, content flow, calls to action, mobile experience and search-readiness across the areas that matter most.
It can help when a homepage no longer explains the business clearly, a service page feels hard to follow, the contact pathway needs work, or Facebook Ads, Google Ads or social traffic are sending people to pages that aren’t supporting the next step.
The Website Refresh gives an existing website a clearer, more polished and more useful experience — without the time, cost or commitment of a full website rebuild.
What’s Included
Website Structure + Priority Pathway Review
The current website is reviewed to identify the key pages, sections or pathways that need the most attention.
This helps make sure the refresh focuses on the parts of the website that shape first impressions, build trust and guide people toward enquiry.
5 Pages or Website Elements Refreshed
Includes refresh work across up to 5 agreed pages or website elements, such as:

The exact pages and elements are confirmed before the refresh begins.
Layout, Flow + Call-to-Action Improvements

This may include refining section order, headings, calls to action, page layout and content flow.
Copy Structure + Content Refinement
Using the information provided, the content is shaped into clear, website-ready sections with search-friendly headings and a logical flow.
This may include refining wording, breaking information into the right sections, improving page flow and making sure the content is easier for visitors to understand.
Search-Ready Improvements
Key headings, SEO titles, meta descriptions, internal links and page structure are updated across the refreshed areas, helping the content become clearer for both people and search engines.
Mobile + User Experience Refinement
The refreshed pages or elements are reviewed and refined for desktop, tablet and mobile, so the experience feels smoother and easier to use across devices.
10 Key Image Optimisations
Up to 10 key images are optimised to support better performance, clarity and consistency across the refreshed areas.
Google Tools Check
Key Google tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, are checked or set up where required, so the website can be tracked and monitored properly.
FAQ + Schema Review Where Applicable
If an existing FAQ page is included in the refresh, the structure can be reviewed and basic schema added or improved where appropriate.
If a new FAQ page is needed, this can be included as one of the agreed website elements or quoted separately.
Training + 14-Day Launch Support
A simple handover is included so the updated areas of the website feel easier to understand and manage.
The refresh also includes 14 days of launch support after the updated pages go live. This covers minor launch-related fixes, link checks, form checks and basic handover questions.
Launch support is not an extra revision round or ongoing design support window. New pages, new sections, content rewrites or changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Additional Pages, Features + Premium Elements
If the project needs more than 5 pages or elements refreshed, a long-form sales page, ecommerce, product uploads, advanced booking systems, complex integrations, photography, video, blog writing or larger content support, these can be quoted separately before work begins.
Some premium elements may count as more than one website element depending on the level of strategy, setup or integration required.
If the work needed extends across most of the website, the Signature Website or Premium Website package may be a better fit so the whole site feels consistent and properly planned.
Hosting + Website Care
Website hosting, maintenance, updates, backups and ongoing support are provided through the Emmagraphy Website Care Plan.
If the website is hosted with Emmagraphy, the Website Care Plan begins from the date the website is transferred or launched.
Hosting is separate from the Website Refresh project and is not included as free hosting.
Licences + Premium Tools
Selected premium tools covered by existing Emmagraphy licences are included while the website is on an active Emmagraphy Website Care Plan.
If the website is not on an active Emmagraphy Website Care Plan, the client will need to purchase their own licences for any premium tools, themes or plugins required to keep receiving updates, support or access to premium features.
If the project needs a tool outside the existing Emmagraphy licence stack, this will be discussed before anything is purchased or installed. Additional tools may need to be purchased directly by the client or quoted separately.
