Visibility Services
Practical support to help your website be found,
understood, and trusted online.

Many small business owners tell me,
“My website isn’t getting traffic.”
Most of the time, the website isn’t “broken”. It’s just not set up in a way that helps search engines (and AI) clearly understand what it’s about, who it’s for, or when to show it.
Websites don’t attract traffic just by existing.
Traffic has to be driven to your website, and that starts with clear structure, consistent signals, and the right support to stay visible. A website works best as a core part of your business strategy,
not something that sits on its own.
It starts with the foundations — then simple, repeatable systems
that support long-term visibility.
How it works
1. Audit
Find what’s unclear, missing, or holding visibility back.
2. Fix the Foundation
Improve structure, signals, and performance so the website can be understood and trusted.
3. Build momentum
Create consistent content that drives the right traffic back to the website.

Ongoing Website Visibility & Content Support
Ongoing visibility support designed to help Fiona’s website stay current, supported, and easy to find as her business evolves, particularly through seasonal changes.
Support focuses on treating the website as an active part of the business, rather than something that sits untouched between updates. This includes regular product photography, uploading and managing new and seasonal products, and keeping the site aligned with what’s happening in the business at any given time.
Visibility support also includes a monthly email send-out, a Google Business Profile update each month, and publishing a new blog post to support search visibility and keep the website fresh. Instagram support is provided when needed, ensuring social activity and promotions consistently point back to the website.
This ongoing, connected approach helps the website remain relevant, searchable, and supported over time without relying on short-term tactics or constant campaigns.
Website Visibility FAQs
What does “website visibility” actually mean?
Website visibility is about how easily your website can be found, understood, and trusted online. It’s about making sure your website has the right structure, signals, and support in place so it can show up when people are looking for what you offer.
What is the V.I.S.I.B.L.E. framework?
The V.I.S.I.B.L.E. framework is the behind-the-scenes approach I use to guide every website build.
It helps make sure your website is:
Easy for people to understand and move through
Designed to build trust and feel professional
Set up so people can find you through Google and AI search
Clear about what visitors should do next
Simple to manage and update over time
You won’t see this method stamped all over your website.
It works quietly in the background to make sure nothing important is missed.
What do you mean by “website elements”?
What are website elements?
Website elements are the pages and features that make up your website.
Instead of locking you into a big package or fixed number of pages, this approach lets your website be built around what your business actually needs — now and later.
You choose the elements that make sense for your business, with guidance to make sure everything works together and supports your goals (not just fills space).
Website elements can include:
Key pages like Home, About, Contact, and Services
Extra pages like FAQs, blogs, or case studies
Tools to help people get in touch, such as email sign-ups or booking systems
Sales pages or online shop features
Why this approach works
This flexible setup keeps your website:
easy to adjust
aligned with your stage of business
ready to change as your needs change
I’m not tech-savvy. Will I be able to manage my website?
You don’t need to be tech-savvy.
You’ll receive guided website training so you understand how your site works and how to make simple updates if you want to. Hosting and support are included for the first two months after launch, so you’re supported from the start.
If your website is built on WordPress and hosted with me, an ongoing Website Care Plan is required. This keeps your site secure, up to date, and running properly over time.
Instead of worrying about the technical side, you’ll have a long-term website partner who looks after updates, maintenance, and support, and is there when you need help or changes later on.
What happens after the first 2 months of hosting and support?
Your website package includes 2 months of hosting and support after the launch, giving you time to settle in and make sure everything is working as expected.
After that, if you choose to keep your website hosted with me, a Website Care Plan is required. This covers hosting, updates, maintenance, and security, so your site stays safe and runs properly.
If you prefer to move your website elsewhere, that’s completely fine too — I’ll make sure everything is ready for handover.
How will this website help me attract more clients?
Your website is designed to make it easy for the right people to find you, understand what you offer, and feel confident getting in touch.
It does this by:
clearly explaining what you do and who you help
building trust through a professional look and clear layout
guiding visitors toward the next step, like contacting you or booking
being set up properly so people can find you through Google and online search
Instead of just existing online, your website works as part of your marketing that helps turn visitors into enquiries.
How long will it take to build my website?
Timelines depend on the package you choose and how quickly content and feedback are provided.
Website 3-Day Launch: built over 3 focused business days for the key pages only, once all content is ready
Additional pages or features: require extra time beyond the 3-day build
Signature & Premium builds: typically completed within 4–8 weeks
I’ll guide you through each step to keep things moving smoothly.
Staying responsive and providing information on time helps keep your project on schedule.
Delays in content or feedback can extend the timeline.
Do I need to provide anything for the website build?
You’ll need to provide your logo, brand colours, and written content, along with any photos or images you already have.
If you don’t have a logo or brand colours yet, I can help create simple, professional options using Canva, so your website still looks polished and consistent. This is ideal if you’re starting out or refreshing an older brand.
Your written content doesn’t need to be perfect. It helps me understand your business, your services, and your voice. I’ll organise and structure your content using my V.I.S.I.B.L.E. Framework, so your website is clear, easy to read, and guides visitors toward the right next step.
If you don’t have images, I can create simple graphics and supporting visuals so your website still feels complete.
You won’t be left guessing, I’ll guide you through what’s needed, when it’s needed, and what matters most for your stage of business.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely! If you have an existing site that needs an update, I can assess whether a refresh or a full rebuild is the best option. Let’s chat about what works best for your business.
What platform will my website be built on?
Most websites are built on WordPress. It offers the most flexibility and control, which works well for businesses that want a website they can grow and use long term.
That said, WordPress isn’t the right fit for everyone.
If you already use or prefer another platform, I can also build your website using Squarespace, Wix, Showit, or Pixieset. No matter the platform, the same clear structure, thoughtful design, and strategic approach are used.
During the planning stage, we’ll choose the platform that best suits your business, your comfort level, and how you want to manage your website going forward.
What are SEO and AEO fundamentals?
SEO and AEO are the behind-the-scenes basics that help your website be understood and found online.
This includes things like:
how your pages are laid out
how your content is organised
how headings and page details are set up
These foundations help your website make sense to Google and modern AI search tools, as well as real people.
They don’t guarantee instant results, and they’re not tricks or shortcuts. Instead, they make sure your website is built properly from the start, so it’s ready to support visibility over time.
In simple terms, SEO and AEO fundamentals help your website be:
easy to understand
easy to find
trustworthy for both people and technology
What is a domain name, and why should I own it?
A domain name is your website address, like yourbusiness.com.
Owning your domain name means you are in control of your website and email — not a platform, developer, or third party. It’s an important part of your business identity and should always belong to you.
When you own your domain:
you can move your website if you ever need to
your email stays connected to your business
you’re not locked into one provider
I’ll help you connect your domain to your website, but the domain itself should always be registered in your name or business name.
Why do I need a professional domain email address?
A domain email address uses your website name, like hello@yourbusiness.com.
Using a professional email helps your business look credible and trustworthy, especially when people are contacting you for the first time. Free email addresses can look less professional and are more likely to end up in spam folders.
Using a paid email service like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 also means:
better email delivery and reliability
improved security and spam protection
easy access across devices
Your email subscription is separate from your website, but I can help you set it up and connect everything correctly.
